SEOUL for the lazy souls: Day 7 (DREAM CONCERT 2015)
So yes, I finally reached Day 7 aka Dream Concert.
After this post, I should be able to complete my Korea trip series pretty fast... I dragged this for almost a month already lol.
It's just an OCD thing, since I started it, I have to complete the posts for all 11 days no matter what.
Anyway, this is gonna be a very long post filled with photos haha.
There's actually more, and Jocelyn even took videos of almost every perf, but it'll be too heavy to upload it here.
Dream Concert wasn't part of our plans at all, in fact, we didn't even know it was happening.. not till that very morning.
We woke up at around 10 plus as usual, and I was so lazy to get out from the bed so I was just scrolling through my twitter..
when I saw an image of that poster above.
& then I yelled over to Jocelyn "Eh today have dream con leh" and she was still asleep.
So I had to personally walk over with my phone to show her.
We stared at the line-up, and then stared at each other.. and gave each other the "shall we? face"
#YOLO 😛
But the thing is, we didn't have tickets lol.
So I randomly looked through twitter again (Thank god for twitter), and then I saw someone selling a pair @ only 220 000 won.
Means each of us would only have to pay 110 000.
& that's like much cheaper than the actual original selling price.
Many people were selling tickets at a marked up price but yet we got it cheaper (+ its the Vip standing zone area),
so I was feeling quite suspicious about it 😱
Casually contacted the girl - who turned out to be a very pretty korean girl, Via LINE.
& we met up at the venue itself - Seoul World Cup station.
SO SIMPLE LOL.
Dream Concert still feels like a Dream.
HAHA.
Can't explain the whole atmosphere well enough, gotta be there to experience it.
I thought we were gonna die in the mosh, but it was rather spacious and since it was open air, the weather was so nice and cooling.
Didn't sweat a drop 💦

Didn't had the time to settle our meal outside because we had to meet the girl to get our tickets.
Seoul World Cup Stadium.
We had problem finding the right entrance cuz the staff only knew a single word of english: STRAIGHT.
So we ended walking the circumference of the dome for a few rounds wtf.
Apparently, people have been queuing up since morning for the standing pit.
We entered the stadium quite late, like 15 minutes before the start of the concert,
but still got ourselves a pretty descent spot. 😉

Biasedly, starting with BTS - whom I had no clue of prior to dream con.
I only knew the existence of their song, "I need you", cuz it was literally playing
all over the shops in Seoul for the past one week when we were there.
BUT WOAH. After watching them live.
We were sold 💘.

The view of the respective oceans was spectacular.
All the penlights were brightly lit up.
While everyone were being loyal towards their favourite groups,
me & Jocelyn were suffering from a fandom identity crisis lol.

The moment they appeared the entire stadium went crazy, not exaggerating the situation.
But really, it was chaotic only during their performance lol.
Fans started taking out stools to stand on it and they suddenly changed their cameras to those as big and long as a telescope wtf.

Don't think I'll ever get to go ever again but, I'm really glad to have experienced Dream concert at least once in my life.
& I cannot ask for a better (and crazier) partner to go with 👭

So by the time we reached Myeongdong it was already 11 plus and most of the restaurants were closed.
